About CliftonStrengths

All people have a unique combination of talents, knowledge, and skills - strengths - that they use in their daily lives to do their work, achieve their goals, and interact with others. Gallup’s study has found that when people understand and apply their strengths, the effect on their lives and work is transformational. People who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

About the Workshop

Presented by Annie Jeong, PhD, Assistant Director of Education and Diversity in the Center for Engineering MechanoBiology, University of Pennsylvania.

CliftonStrengths measures the presence of talents in 34 areas. During the hour-long online assessment, you'll see 177 paired statements and choose which one best describes you. Once completed, you’ll receive a personalized report with your top 5 strengths and insights about how they appear in your life. During this workshop, we’ll help you understand your strengths and discuss ways to utilize them to be more productive and fulfilled. You will also practice communicating your skills and strengths to others.
