In August, the Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs (ATOP) welcomed a new team member, Ariana Lee. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she worked in pediatric behavioral health implementing interdisciplinary treatment plans. In 2015, she accepted her first position at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, continuing her work in the behavioral health field before moving into an administrative role in outpatient care.

Looking to grow as an administrator, Ariana endeavored to learn more about the Research Institute. Her experience in administrative support and passion for human relations inspired her transition into her current postdoctoral administrative support role. In her position as an Academic Training Coordinator, she will support the administrative needs of the emerging CHOP Postdoc Alliance, coordinate mass communication efforts and serve as an administrative liaison between the postdoc community and ATOP. Ariana is an avid Marvel fan who likes to laugh at her own dad jokes and go on adventures with her family.
