Most scientists are familiar with the rules for constructing a CV; after all, we come from an environment in which CVs are the norm. However, most Ph.D. and master's-trained scientists and engineers have little or no experience writing a resumé. As a consequence, they end up creating a document that looks very much like, well, ... a CV. What's wrong with that?”
