The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a resource provided by Penn Behavioral Health. The EAP can assist with issues and challenges that may arise in your personal or professional life. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Some examples of EAP usages are:

  • Dealing with the stress of major life events (both positive and negative) such has having or adopting a child, getting married or divorced, getting a promotion, or moving to a new home.
  • Serious personal or professional concerns including general anxiety, depression, substance abuse, burnout, coping with illness, the loss of a loved one, relationship challenges, or resolving conflict.
